Up for sale is an amazing example of a 1969 MK2 meters first tropical 1680. The dial has aged to a very uniform color chocolate brown and the surface of the dial is virtually perfect – there may be slight scuffs on the crystal but not on the dial. The lume is in tact and has slightly faked off in some areas and the hands match nicely. The case appears to be worn but never polished with very strong crown guard. The bracelet is the original patent pending 9315 dated also 1969 on the clasp. Original box and papers included on this one.
note* we have fitted the watch with a super dome t-19 as a precautionary measure. The original crystal as in the gallery photos will be included if needed.
