PAYMENT METHODS for Domestic and International orders

Bank Wire:
99% of what we do is through bank wire. Our banking details will be provided upon request. We cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed and funds have been received and cleared by our banking institution. Once wire has been completed on your end kindly send documentation to info@vintageworn.com

PayPal:
Paypal is only accepted from known clientele with purchase history and for items under $1000.00. If you decide to use paypal we cannot use the friends and family options. You must be prepared to pay the 4% paypal use fee.

WARRANTY

Vintagerlx guarantees that all watches are original as described, authentic, and in good, working order. As the products for sale tend to be very old and temperamental, we do not provide extended service warranties.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX

Since import taxes and/or duties that your government might impose on products shipped from the United States may apply, you (the customer), are solely responsible for shipping charges, taxes, and duties, once goods arrive in your country.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, certain brands can not be shipped outside of the United States. Please call us to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally. We can ship to any locations that use a US Postal ZIP Code such as US Military addresses, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, etc.

UNDELIVERABLE/REJECTED PACKAGES

If your package was rejected by your local Customs Bureau or the shipment could not be delivered and was returned to Vintagerlx for any reason, we are not responsible for the shipping costs.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is damaged, you MUST contact us immediately at info@vintageworn.com

If an item arrives damaged, make certain you examine all boxes before accepting it from the carrier. The delivering agent MUST note and give receipt of damage to any parcels on the release form or refuse acceptance. Notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange and expedite an insurance claim. Vintagerlx is not responsible for any denied shipping claims.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Signature Required:
In order to protect your shipment from theft, we require a direct signature when delivered. An email will be sent upon shipment so you can check delivery dates with the tracking number provided. Please make certain someone is available to receive your package or shipping charges may incur after three delivery attempts. Any packages that require rerouting will be charged additional fees

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If you would like to return an item there is a 15% restocking fee.
