So here is an interesting one.  This watch was actually used for diving.  The original owner clearly loved it for a long time and as you can see delivered it with a big scratch on the crystal and also some chipping around the edge.  IN any case the watch will receive a brand new OEM crystal, a fresh cleaning and service before the week is out.  Underneath it all we have a very well preserved fantastic patina MK1 dial which ive not seen that many of .  The case also remains thick and even and with clear numbers between the lugs and no pitting of any kind.  The scraped up insert has turned to a lovely blue color with nice patina tritium pearl.  The original band is still tight and fully linked.  A great sea dweller for those who are into that sort of thing.  Heavy and a real tough watch.  we love these
