Here we have a 1984 16750 "No date" dial. So you are looking at the watch and probably saying what the hell are you talking about Scott? there is a date. Well yes and no. IN the early 80s Rolex came out with a dial that said "Oyster Perpetual" instead of "Oyster Perpetual date" which is rare and what we have here. Certainly has a bit of a cult following. The example here is in excellent vintage condition. The dial has wonderful patina luminous / no spidering and an almost flawless surface. The hands are a shade darker but original. The case has been polished before however remains thick and even with clear visible numbers. The Pepsi insert has faded to a really nice shade of bright blue and brick red. The bracelet is a later 90s 78360 / 580 which has some stretch to it. The movement is running excellent and keeps great time. A very niche watch for a true vintage Rolex collector.
