Up for grabs is an as found 1982 Rolex Submariner ref 16800 which was professionally worn by a diver since new first as his day job and then at retirement at leisure. The dial is perfect and has stunning patina with original hands . The case is very well worn however probably never professionally polished. The bracelet has little stretch however fully linked and original, The movement was overhauled last week and the crystal was also replaced with a factory original. The faded insert is not original to the watch however the original insert (plain black with scratches) will be included as part of the sale
